Got a problem connected with your life as a US Airways retiree? Odds are that someone's been there before you and figured it out. We want to make those solutions available to you.

This page is not called Solutions for nothing. It's intended to be the place where you bring non-rev problems or other difficulties and find answers. It's that simple.

Remember, this site belongs to you. Let's hear about your retiree problems and your solutions so we can inform your retiree friends.

Send emails, please, to the website team.

SA1P nonrev travel passes
When an SA1P is pulled from your bank for domestic travel, it is held under the record locator you created - even if you didn't travel. When you are ready to use an unused SA1P, please call the Pass Line at 1-800-325-9999, option 2 for a live agent. They will put your new itinerary under the SA1P record locator. Once pulled, SA1Ps never go back in your bank. You have one year from the original date of issue to complete travel.

Please be advised, if an SA1P is pulled for an international itinerary and you decide not to travel and you have not paid the international taxes, then the reservation is not e-ticketed, and the SA1P will fall out of the reservation system after the outbound flight is not taken. You must call the Pass Line and change the international itinerary to any domestic itinerary before the original outbound flight so that it can be e-ticketed. You can always call the Pass Line back in the future and change the domestic itinerary to what you actually need.

Dress code for nonrev travel
As a US Airways employee we ask that you and your guest pass riders exercise good judgment when selecting your travel attire. Clothes should be well-groomed, neat, clean, and conservative.
Coach Class:
Pass travelers may wear casual attire, including shorts, blue jeans, sandals, and athletic footwear.
First or Envoy Class:
Pass travelers may wear casual attire, including blue or black denim attire, skirts, capri style pants, and sandals, provided it is well-groomed, neat, clean, and conservative. Unacceptable attire in First or Envoy Class includes t-shirts, shorts, jogging suits, athletic gear, baseball-style caps, athletic shoes, beach footwear, or flip-flops.
