Got Medicare? Get group rates on supplements

As a US Airways retiree, spouse or survivor, upon attaining age 65, you will be eligible for group benefit plans through Medicare Options US.

The Medicare Options US plans were negotiated by US Airways retirees representing you during the bankruptcy and have been in effect since 2005.

The Medicare Options US plans were designed exclusively for US Airways retirees, spouses and survivors age 65 and over and are affordable group alternatives to other individual Medicare supplement plans on the market. (These plans are also offered to Medicare disabled retirees who are under 65).

The Medicare Options US plans have been placed in a trust and are overseen by a board of four volunteer US Airways retirees. This trust is the policyholder, not US Airways. Therefore, the benefits cannot be taken from you, no matter what the future holds for US Airways.

You can review the plans & rates at the following website: www.medicareoptionsus.com

Through these plans you have access to group nedical, prescription drug, dental and vision plans.  For more information please click on the link below and you will find descriptions and rates for these plans.
