Dial the AT&T Direct Access Code for the country from
which you are calling. You will reach an English-speaking
(or selected in-language support, including Spanish) AT&T
operator or voice prompt and hear the following
announcement: AT&T. Please enter the number you are calling
now.

Dial the ETL 800-325-9999. (Note: you do NOT dial a
1 first)
